MyStaff app shortlisted twice in this year’s HSJ Partnership Awards

London, 9 Dec – Diligram is thrilled to announce that its innovative digital governance solution, the MyStaff app, has been shortlisted in two categories in this year’s HSJ Partnership Awards. This recognition celebrates the ongoing collaboration with Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust and the app’s positive impact on healthcare operations at the trust. 

The MyStaff app is named as a finalist in the Best Technology Partnership of the Year and Best Contribution to Improving the Efficiency of NHS services categories. 

Diligram has worked in partnership with Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust to develop the MyStaff app, which saves thousands of hours of staff time by giving healthcare teams instant access to critical information at the point of care. The app uses AI and automation to drastically enhance the entire document management and governance process, with impressive results.  

Frontline teams used to spend almost 10 minutes on average to find policies, procedures and patient information; now, it takes seconds. Staff can also be confident they are finding accurate information; document compliance rates have risen from 76% to 98% since its introduction.
